Where are the data of business directories gathered from?
The data of business directories are collected from publicly available sources (i.e. Internet Web-pages, search engines, public enterprises catalogs, registry data, etc).
What classification has the business directories?
Business catalogs in our web-catalog has the
NAICS and SIC classifications. Email listings has no classification.
How many records, telephone numbers, addresses, emails, website addresses has the Business catalogs?

How to get and use business directories?
- Use the search filter, choose a country or state you want.
- Put a chosen catalog/catalogs into a shopping cart.
- Register in the website.
- Pay for business directories by Paypal.
- Click the appropriate link and download the files to your computer. The time of using it for your purposes is unlimited. The hyperlinks expiry date is two months, and you can use each hyperlink ten times.
- While downloading, choose the data format you want – CSV (Comma Separated Values) or MDB (Microsoft Access Database).
Is the price of the business directories final? And what are the taxes for buying these catalogs?
Yes, the catalog’s price is final and you do not have to pay any taxes.
What is the difference between web-catalog databases and the business databases in the first page?
On the first page we advertise brand new data, which has filtering capabilities. In this case you purchase only data you need. On our web-catalog we sell a bit older (a year or two) business databases which are already pre-made, without filtering from our side. In this case you can find the data very cheap.
How to use downloaded business directories?
The database files are in Comma Separated Values (CSV) or Microsoft Access Database (MDB) formats. You can open the CSV file with Microsoft Excel or you can use an opensource CSV editor.

How to open CSV data in Microsoft Excel?
The key is to import the data and not open the file directly.
- Open a Blank Workbook in Excel.
- In top menu bar select Data, Import External Data, Import Data. (Excel 2007 is Data, Get External Data, Data from Text)
- Browse to your .csv file and Select "Import".
- Import Wizard should appear.
- Page 1. Select "Delimited"
- Select the row which you want to start the import.
- click "Next"
- In the Delimiters, select "comma".
Note: The bottom half of the window will preview the way the data is to be imported.
- click "Next"
- highlight each column of your data in the window below. For each column you can specify "General", "Text", "Data", or "do not import column" using the radio buttons in the top left of the Wizard box. This is an optional step.
- Click Finish.
Please note, older versions of Microsoft Office Excel than 2007 shows only maximum of 65.000 rows in one spreadsheet.
Where are my download links?
After you purchase your directory, you are automatically redirected to download page. When you close the session and want to connect again, click "My purchases" button on top right screen corner after you sign in.
