Where are companies catalogues collected from?
Business catalogues are collected from publicly available sources (internet websites, search systems, catalogues of the companies and other). We collect data only of active companies - the companies that publish their data in internet. If the company publish false information about itself we are not responsible for this.
Is presented price for the catalogues final? What due is applicable when bying the catalogue?
The price for the product is indicated excluding VAT. We do not apply any other due.
How to use downloaded catalogue of the companies?
Information about the companies is presented in Microsoft Excel (CSV) format. You can easily filter databases of the companies according to various parameters and find useful information.
Is data in the catalogue grouped in some way?
Yes, data is grouped by the range of activities and/or existance place of the companies (country, region, city).
How to import the file of CSV format to Microsoft Excel?
1. Open new Microsoft Excel file;
2. Choose "Data", "From Text" (Excel 2007 - "Data", "Get External Data", "Data from Text") in upper menu bar;
3. Select downloaded *.csv file in the opened window, press "Import";
4. Select "Delimited" in the window "Text Import Wizard - Step 1 of 3";
5. Choose encoding "65001 Unicode (UTF-8)" in "File Origin" box and press "Next";
6. In the area "Delimiters" of "Text Import Wizard - Step 2 of 3" window tick "Semicolon", press "Next";
7. In final window "Text Import Wizard - Step 3 of 3" for all columns where are only number (eg. telephones, company codes, VAT codes) select type "Text" (choose the column and select "Text" in the box "Column data format");
8. Press "Finish".
