Terms and Conditions
When ordering and paying for the service the customer confirms that he/she is familiar and agree with these Terms and Conditions:
1. The Customer pays for the service only by transfer.
2. After the payment of the bill the Customer is further named the Buyer.
3. Data for the Buyer is presented by electronic manner. This means that the Buyer gets by email data download reference intended only for him.
4. The right to use data has only the Buyer who pays the invoice.
5. It is strictly forbidden to resell, permit to use for third parties or distribute in some other way purchased data or separate parts of it. The offenders are responsible according to the law of the Republic of Lithuania.
6. UAB "DND Baltic" undertakes to present data for the Buyer during 1 working day after the inclusion of the payment to the bank account of UAB "DND Baltic".
7. The Buyer who did not receive the data must inform UAB "DND Baltic" not later than during 5 working days.
8. The Buyer is responsible for the violations of the law of the Republic of Lithuania.
9. UAB "DND Baltic" presents data as it is in public internet sources.
10. The Buyer has the right to require data specification if there is less than 90% of records indicated in service description in presented data for him is.
11. The service considered to be not presented and money is returned only in the case if after the repeated require of the Buyer for data specification data does not correspond to quality parameter described in article No. 10.
